A minimum of 15 tickets are required for mainstage productions, and a minimum of 25 are required for children's theatre productions. Please include all attendees, especially for children's theatre (i.e. parents, teachers, chaperones, aides, etc).

The Gateway Performing Arts Center of Suffolk County will only make use of the information that you have provided today for the purpose of contacting you about the ticket and sales information for our own offerings, or for reporting purposes (in which case no personally identifying information will be made public).
